The situation is centric near old city (but not in it), Santa Catalina neighbourhood , Paseo Maritimo and Paseo Mallorca.
On the large terrace you will feel as if you were not in the center of the city.
Palma is the capital of Mallorca and a good base to visit by car its beaches distributed around the island and visit on foot the old town, shopping streets and restaurants and bars of Santa Catalina or La Lonja.
The house has 3 double rooms, 2 bathroom, a sitting room with kitchen integrated and a spacious patio that make you feel that you are not in the center of Palma.
In the patio we have a BBQ at your disposal, a small porch, a table, chairs, sunbeds, parasol, an hammack and some other fornitures to make your stay more comfortable.
